Like most people, I love chocolate. We have some great chocolatiers in Belgium who make chocolates that you just can’t stop eating. Every chocolate brand has its own package design to stand out from the crowd.
Some of these chocolate companies use classic packages with beautiful ornaments and lovely typography. Other companies use a more modern approach with bold colours and strange shapes. In this article you’ll find some surprisingly cool chocolate package designs. Let’s take a look:
This great logo was created by Andrei Gadoiu, a Romanian graphic designer. He made this logo for Shelfster, an advanced online system that provides the user the possibility to save notes, pictures, articles, etc. The name obviously comes from “Shelf”, so Andrei tried to represent the shelf from a perspective that reveals the shape of an “S” in the negative space.

When I was younger, I always thought that working with data is boring. Well, it doesn’t have to be. Some designers took this tedious task and took it to a whole new level. They actually transformed simple data to art. In this article you’ll find 30 excellent examples of data visualisation. You’ll find histograms, pie charts and even some graphical representations of data I didn’t know existed.
This is probably one of the more famous logos I’ve selected as a logo of the week. This beauty was created by Herb Lubalin. He is one of the first true masters of typography, a skilled manipulator of letters. He always pushed beyond the established norm of design and he gave it a new dimension. This logo really is a reflection of Herb Lubalin’s creativity. A simple, eye-catching logo that fits the brand perfectly.
